Master Planning

Together with our clients, we will:


  • Prepare initial project brief, development requirements and any known site data.
  • Become familiar with the site and site conditions.
  • This includes geographical constraints, traffic and pedestrian movements, location of major utilities services and more when necessary.
  • Investigate the requirement for any preliminary or temporary works, such as demolition of existing structures, site stabilisation, site remediation, hazardous material removal, utilities service relocation, etc.
  • Evaluate zoning restrictions and likely authorities’ requirements.
  • Gather the necessary data to make informed decisions.
  • Assess and offer advice on the best option/s for the site.
