ASSOCIATE DIRECTORS

Jason Holmes

Jason has worked as a building designer for over 11 years in the construction industry, focusing on design, documentation and contract administration.  Projects have ranged from small residential extensions, to new homes, multi residential, retail, industrial & commercial projects.

He has completed numerous supermarket refurbishments and new store projects for the independant retailers as well as working on large scale shopping centre projects from conception to completion being responsible for the successful project delivery.

Jason is now absorbed in the Project Development, Office Standards and Client Relations side of the business, and has been an integral member of trg shortly after its inception in 1998.

Rod Rose

Rod has extensive retail sector experience where for the last thirty years he has worked on supermarkets, discount department stores, variety stores and liquor stores working on the likes of Woolworths, Safeway, Dan Murphy, Big W, BWS, Safeway Liquor, Mac’s Liquor and First Estate.

Rod's involvement was pivotal in the success of numerous projects including the national roll-out of 76 Franklins stores to Safeway / Woolworths supermarkets as well as the numerous ongoing roll-outs to the 720 Woolworths supermarkets nationally.

Ian Williamson

Ian has worked in the retail sector for over twenty-five years, having worked for companies which include Coles, Safeway, Composite Buyers and Davids Limited. He has wide-ranging skills in design, development, construction documentation and project management for retail development of supermarkets and liquor outlets.

Ian has managed in excess of 100 projects over the past 25 years varying in cost from $50,000 to $15 million. His experience in Documentation and Project Management pertains to a range of retail, commercial and industrial projects.

Marcio Crispim

Marcio has worked successfully at all levels of business management, especially implementing new processes and systems to create dynamic and successful working teams for more than 30 different companies including car manufacturers, banks and IT corporations.

At trg, Marcio is focussed on Finances, Human Resources and Systems, working together with employees to ensure they maintain their environment of efficiency, profitability and enjoyment. Marcio is currently working on the introduction of a new project management system to improve and enhance our project tracking abilities.
